Legal Action on Climate Change a ‘Global Phenomenon’

Legal action on climate change is now a global phenomenon.

As reported in CNN, a report from the Grantham Research Institute at the London School of Economics and Political Science has considered litigation in respect of climate change from 1990 to May 2019. While the US is still the most popular venue for climate change lawsuits, such legal actions are now spreading worldwide – such litigation against governments and businesses has now been happening in 28 countries so far.
